Code execution in Microsoft Message Queuing on affected Windows releases allows local users to run arbitrary code through user interaction. Microsoft has not published the vulnerable MSMQ code path or the operation performed on attacker-controlled input. Exploitation requires low privileges, user interaction, and an affected Windows build with MSMQ installed and enabled.
