Improper access control in FortiWLM MEA for FortiManager allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via crafted HTTP requests. Its backup and restore feature fails to enforce authentication before crafted requests reach code or command execution paths. Exposure requires an affected FortiManager release with the non-default FortiWLM MEA installed, enabled, and network-reachable.
