Service hang via inconsistent PPP length handling

Denial of service in affected Samsung Exynos mobile and wearable processors allows remote attackers to hang PPP processing. The PPP processing logic fails to reconcile inconsistent length parameters and enters an infinite loop. Successful exploitation requires unauthenticated network reachability to the affected PPP path and interrupts processing without reported data access or modification.
