Switch reload via sand-dma out-of-bounds read

Out-of-bounds read in Arista EOS 4.28.2F through 4.28.5.1M and 4.29.0 through 4.29.1F allows remote attackers to reload switches. The sand-dma fab_sand_hdrinfo path dereferences a null address during interrupt processing, causing a fatal kernel panic. Affected R3 hardware must have Ethernet-port mirroring to multiple destinations and the underlying forwarding-table fault; exploitation interrupts service by reloading the switch.
