Authenticated SSRF via misassigned connection-test permissions

SSRF in Apache Superset 2.1.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users with the Gamma role to make server-side network requests. The /api/v1/database/test_connection and /api/v1/database/validate_parameters endpoints incorrectly require can_read, exposing connection tests to Gamma users. Gamma-level access is required; supplied connection parameters can make the Superset server contact attacker-chosen network destinations.
