Buffer overflow in mtrojnar osslsigncode before 2.3 allows local users to execute arbitrary code by processing a crafted PE file. The upstream release identifies multiple memory-corruption fixes but does not disclose the affected function, buffer, or unchecked copy operation for this CVE. Execution requires local access and occurs with the privileges of the osslsigncode process when an untrusted EXE, SYS, or DLL file is signed.
