Server crash via traced NULL BLOB comparison

Denial of service in MonetDB Server 11.45.17 and 11.46.0 allows remote attackers to crash the server with crafted SQL statements. The published reproducer traces a comparison between a nullable BLOB column containing NULL and a string, which reaches BLOBcmp and terminates mserver5. Network reachability to the SQL service is sufficient according to NVD, and the process crash interrupts database service.
