Server crash via temporary-table foreign key

Denial of service in MonetDB Server 11.45.17 and 11.46.0 allows remote attackers to crash the server via crafted SQL statements. Creating a temporary table with a foreign key to another temporary table causes sql_trans_copy_key to crash while copying the key during table creation. The published proof of concept reaches the fault through ODBC and terminates the whole server rather than returning an SQL error.
