Buffer overflow in /userRpm/QoSRuleListRpm on affected TP-Link routers allows remote attackers to interrupt service via a crafted GET request. The endpoint performs an out-of-bounds buffer operation while processing attacker-controlled GET data. No authentication or user interaction is required; the published impact is limited to service interruption.
