Device crash via oversized Changed parameter

Buffer overflow in TP-Link TL-WR740N, TL-WR841N, TL-WR940N, and TL-WR941ND routers allows remote attackers to crash devices via a GET request. In hardware versions TL-WR740N 1/2, TL-WR841N 8/10, TL-WR940N 2/3/4, and TL-WR941ND 5/6, the handler copies an oversized Changed query value without checking its destination buffer. No authentication or user interaction is required; exploitation interrupts router service, with no reported data disclosure or modification.
