Out-of-bounds write in Bitdefender Engines 7.94791 and earlier on Windows allows remote attackers to crash the engine process. Bitdefender identifies the affected locus only as the CEVA engine; the triggering input, code path, and operation that writes beyond its buffer remain undisclosed. Network reachability requires no authentication or user interaction, but successful triggering has high complexity and the documented consequence is an engine crash.
