Directory traversal in HeaderImageServlet in Talend Data Catalog before 8.0-20230221 allows remote attackers to read server files. HeaderImageServlet inadequately constrains an attacker-controlled file path, allowing traversal outside the intended image directory. Network access without authentication is sufficient; the published impact is server-file confidentiality loss without integrity or availability effects.
