Session impersonation via unneutralized POST parameters
Published Jun 23, 2023 · Updated Nov 29, 2024
Cross-site scripting in Webkul QloApps 1.6.0 allows remote attackers to steal session cookies through crafted POST parameters. The request handler reflects attacker-controlled email_create and back values into an HTML response without neutralizing executable script. A victim must submit the crafted request, after which the script runs in that user’s browser context and enables session impersonation.
