Process crash via out-of-bounds CRC read

Heap buffer overflow in bit_calc_CRC in GNU LibreDWG 0.12.5 allows context-dependent attackers to crash dwg2dxf via a crafted DWG file. During pre-R13 auxiliary-header decoding, bit_calc_CRC reads a caller-supplied CRC range beyond the heap allocation. Processing the crafted file is required, and the demonstrated consequence is termination of the converter process.
