Heap buffer overflow via invalid UTF-8 conversion

Heap buffer overflow in LibreDWG v0.10 through v0.12.5 allows attackers to cause service interruption via malformed DWG files. The bit_utf8_to_TU function converts untrusted UTF-8 to UTF-16 but reads continuation bytes without sufficient length checks, producing a heap buffer overflow on invalid strings. The malformed file must be parsed by an application using LibreDWG; observed impact is process crash, while code execution is not established.
