Process crash via unterminated wide-string length scan

Heap buffer over-read in GNU LibreDWG 0.10 through 0.12.5 allows context-dependent attackers to crash a process via a crafted DWG file. Invalid UTF-8 conversion can leave an allocated wide string without the terminator expected by bit_wcs2nlen, causing its length scan to read beyond the heap buffer. Opening the file with a consuming utility triggers an AddressSanitizer-detected abort; the published proof of concept demonstrates no out-of-bounds write.
