Crash via non-string metadata name handling

Invalid memory access in FLVMeta 1.2.1 allows local users to crash the utility by inducing processing of a crafted FLV file. xml_on_metadata_tag_only assumes the metadata event name is an AMF string and passes bytes from a non-string value to strcmp, which reads uninitialized data. Execution requires a user to run FLVMeta on attacker-controlled input; the published proof of concept produces an AddressSanitizer-detected segmentation fault.
