Stored XSS via incomplete SVG MIME check

Stored XSS in Webkul Bagisto 1.5.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript through an uploaded SVG. The Velocity metadata upload checks only for the image/svg MIME type, so image/svg+xml files bypass sanitizeSVG and remain active. Administrator access is required to upload the payload, and the script runs when a user opens the stored image from the storefront or admin panel.
