Process crash via truncated WebSocket header

Heap buffer overflow in sngrep 1.6.0 allows local users to crash the process by opening a crafted packet-capture file. capture_ws_check_packet parses a truncated WebSocket header and passes an out-of-bounds source pointer to a four-byte memcpy for the masking key. Triggering the fault requires a user to open the crafted PCAP file; the demonstrated result is an AddressSanitizer-aborted process, not proven code execution.
