Local privilege escalation via bound-chain use-after-free

Use-after-free in nf_tables in Linux Kernel 5.9 through 6.3 allows local users to escalate privileges through crafted rule transactions. When later expressions in NFT_MSG_NEWRULE fail to initialize, bound-chain transaction handling leaves the chain bound and the abort path releases objects still referenced by the transaction. Triggering requires CAP_NET_ADMIN and the ability to create user and network namespaces; successful exploitation grants elevated local privileges.
