Unauthenticated OS command execution via hidden console
Published Aug 18, 2023 · Updated Oct 21, 2024
Hidden functionality in affected LOGITEC wireless LAN routers allows remote attackers on the local network to execute arbitrary OS commands. A certain management console accepts specific authentication information and then grants access to an OS command-execution facility; its endpoint and credential values are undisclosed. Access is limited to the LAN side, affects every version of seven listed models, and permits full command execution on the router.
