Authenticated server crash via malformed markdown

Uncontrolled resource consumption in Mattermost 7.10.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to crash the server via crafted markdown. The server's markdown-processing path fails to validate a specially crafted input before processing it; Mattermost has not published the responsible function or resource-exhaustion operation. Any authenticated account able to submit markdown can interrupt the server, while no confidentiality or integrity impact is reported.
