Authenticated file read via document viewer SSRF

SSRF in Oracle Outside In document viewing in IBM Content Navigator 3.0.13 allows remote authenticated users to read files. In configurations using Oracle Outside In Technology, the document viewer processes content in a way that causes the server to issue attacker-directed requests; IBM has not disclosed the faulty parsing or request-validation locus. An authenticated user and the optional Outside In configuration are required, exposing files reachable by the server and enabling network enumeration without reported service interruption.
