XXE in IBM Financial Transaction Manager for SWIFT Services 3.2.4 allows remote authenticated users to read sensitive data. Java-based XML parsers process external entity references in attacker-supplied XML without restricting their resolution, enabling local resource reads or memory exhaustion. Low-privileged network access to an XML-processing interface is required; exploitation can disclose sensitive information or exhaust memory and interrupt service.
