Remote code execution via crafted multiplayer packet

Buffer overflow in Nintendo Mario Kart Wii RMCP01, RMCE01, RMCJ01, and RMCK01 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted packet. The multiplayer packet handler processes an oversized attacker-controlled payload without enforcing the destination buffer's bounds; the published exploit packet carries payload offset, size, destination-address, and code fields. A malicious game client needs network reachability to the victim, and successful exploitation runs supplied PowerPC code in the victim's game process.
