Process hang via underflowed patch coordinates

Integer underflow in libjxl before 0.8.2 allows remote attackers to hang image-decoding processes via a crafted JPEG XL file. The patch decoder adds signed, delta-coded offsets to unsigned prior coordinates without first rejecting negative results, so an out-of-bounds start can pass the end-bound check and make interval-tree construction loop indefinitely. Applications must decode attacker-supplied JPEG XL patch data; the resulting loop consumes processing capacity without reported data disclosure or modification.
