Local privilege escalation via Geneve option overflow

An out-of-bounds write in the Linux kernel before 6.3.7 allows local users to escalate privileges through crafted Geneve options. At 252 accumulated bytes, fl_set_geneve_opt makes opt->length overlap key->enc_opts.len; parsing a third option resets the length and lets memcpy write beyond enc_opts.data. Low-privileged local access is required, and successful memory corruption can also crash the system.
