Authentication bypass in 17 ManageEngine on-premises products allows remote authenticated users to take over accounts through TOTP 2FA. ManageEngine has not published the affected authentication-flow locus or the validation error that accepts a login without the required TOTP proof. Exploitation requires a valid username-password pair and a target account configured with one of the affected TOTP authenticators.
