Insufficient data-authenticity verification in AYS Pro Plugins Survey Maker before 4.1.0 allows remote attackers to spoof submission IP addresses. The public advisory does not identify the affected function or disclose how the submission handler accepts an attacker-controlled address. Unauthenticated access to a published survey is sufficient, allowing false IP attribution and bypass of IP-based submission restrictions without reported code execution or data disclosure.
