Password disclosure via hard-coded decryption key

Hard-coded key exposure in Iagona ScrutisWeb 2.1.37 and earlier allows attackers to decrypt stored passwords into plaintext. The Decrypt method in Scrutis.Front.dll hashes a constant plaintext string as its key and returns the resulting plaintext as UTF-8. Exploitation requires both the application binary and an encrypted password; recovered administrator credentials grant management-console access.
