Use-after-free in the Android kernel's IncFS component allows local users with System privileges to escalate privileges without interaction. During incfs_kill_sb teardown, mount_info is freed before inode eviction, although eviction writes to the backing file through the freed structure's mi_owner field. Successful exploitation requires local System execution privileges and escalates privileges without user interaction; no network path is involved.
