Kernel privilege escalation via GPU use-after-free

Use-after-free in Android devices using PowerVR GPU DDK 23.2 and earlier allows local users to execute code with kernel privileges. RGXDestroyHWRTData in rgxta3d.c mishandles a firmware-response timeout while destroying hardware ray-tracing data, leaving freed state accessible. Exploitation requires nonprivileged software running on a device with the affected PowerVR driver; no user interaction is required.
