Proximal code execution via uncapped EATT MTU

Out-of-bounds write in Android 13 Bluetooth EATT allows physically proximate attackers to execute code via a crafted transmit MTU. eatt_l2cap_reconfig_completed copied the peer-controlled MTU directly into the channel transmit-MTU field without a maximum, enabling later integer overflow and out-of-bounds writes. Exploitation requires a Bluetooth-proximate peer but needs no privileges or user interaction and grants code execution in the affected process.
