Device denial of service via injected KeyEvents

Denial of service in Google Android 11, 12, 12L, and 13 allows local users to force a factory reset or continuous locking. DeviceAdminAdd.onCreate accepts injected KeyEvents from a selected non-system input method and treats them as activation input for the Device Administrator approval screen. A low-privileged malicious keyboard can grant itself administrator control without user interaction and then reset or repeatedly lock the device.
