Local privilege escalation in Google Android 12, 12L, and 13 allows local users to launch an activity with SystemUI permissions via Quick Share. SaveImageInBackgroundTask.java extracts an application's Quick Share intent and wraps it in a new PendingIntent, causing the original action to execute with SystemUI's permissions instead of the application's permissions. Exploitation requires local application access but needs no user interaction or additional execution privileges.
