Cross-user media disclosure via stale user context

Information disclosure in Android 11, 12, 12L, and 13 allows local users to play and hear media belonging to another device user. MediaResumeListener.loadMediaResumptionControls queried saved media-browser components without first verifying installation for the current user and failed to bind the browser request to its initiating user. A local user on a shared device needs no additional execution privileges or interaction from the other user; exposure is limited to the other user's resumable media.
