Payment-card disclosure via Secure NFC lock bypass

Information disclosure in Google Android 11, 12, 12L, and 13 allows physically proximate attackers to read payment-card data via NFC. HostEmulationManager routes a selected card-emulation service without enforcing the enabled Secure NFC lock-state check before processing reader APDUs. Exploitation requires a locked NFC-capable device with host card emulation configured; it discloses the full card number and expiry date without unlocking the device.
