An out-of-bounds read in Android's Exynos RIL allows remote attackers to disclose memory via malformed emergency-call-list data. ProtocolEmergencyCallListIndAdapter::Init in protocolcalladapter.cpp reads the data without first verifying its bounds. Exploitation requires prior baseband firmware compromise and no user interaction; the documented consequence is information disclosure only.
