Out-of-bounds read in Exynos RIL in Google Android allows remote attackers to disclose memory after compromising baseband firmware. ProtocolEmbmsGlobalCellIdAdapter::Init() reads beyond supplied data because protocolembmsadapter.cpp omits the required bounds check. Exploitation requires prior baseband firmware compromise, needs no user interaction, and is limited by the published record to information disclosure.
