Remote code execution in Windows Internet Connection Sharing allows adjacent remote attackers to execute code via crafted DHCP messages. The SharedAccess service's DHCP handling performs an incorrect calculation on a crafted message; Microsoft has not disclosed the exact calculation or memory operation. Internet Connection Sharing must be enabled, and the attacker must reach its private-network DHCP interface; successful exploitation executes code on the Windows host.
