CSV injection in Avaya Call Management System 19.x.x.x allows remote authenticated users to plant commands in exported reports. The CMS Supervisor web application emits administrator-supplied formula-leading field values into CSV output without neutralizing them. Administrative access is required to supply the value, and code runs only if a recipient opens the CSV and enables active spreadsheet content.
