Unauthenticated code execution via executable file upload

Unrestricted file upload in Iagona ScrutisWeb 2.1.37 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute code through a crafted ASP file. The AddFile() method in Scrutis.Front.dll accepts an unauthenticated multipart POST and stores the file under /Files/telechar/, where the web server executes uploaded scripts. No account or user interaction is required; successful exploitation runs attacker-supplied commands on the ScrutisWeb server and can support log deletion or further intrusion.
