Directory traversal in SolarWinds Access Rights Manager through 2023.2.0.73 allows remote attackers to execute code as SYSTEM via OpenFile. The OpenFile method fails to validate a user-supplied path before file operations, permitting traversal to attacker-selected locations and subsequent code execution.
