Deserialization of untrusted data in SolarWinds Access Rights Manager through 2023.2.0.73 allows remote attackers to execute code via an adjacent network service. The ExecuteAction method deserializes attacker-controlled input without adequate validation, enabling arbitrary code execution in the ARM service context. No authentication or user interaction is required, and exploitation can provide SYSTEM-level control of the Windows host.
