Unauthenticated code execution via unsafe channel deserialization
Published Oct 19, 2023 · Updated Sep 12, 2024
Deserialization in SolarWinds Access Rights Manager 2023.2.0.73 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute code on the ARM server. The createGlobalServerChannelInternal method deserializes user-supplied data without adequate validation. The vulnerable service must be reachable from an adjacent network, and no authentication or user interaction is required; exploitation executes attacker-controlled code on the ARM server.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
