Path traversal in Webklex PHP-IMAP before 5.3.0 allows remote attackers to write arbitrary files through crafted email attachments. Attachment::save uses an unsanitized attachment filename or fallback mail value as the destination path and permits arbitrary extensions and content. Exploitation requires an application to call Attachment::save with no filename or an unsanitized one; code execution requires the written file to be invoked.
