Authenticated user-record disclosure via dataset zero bypass

Authorization bypass in FIT2CLOUD DataEase 1.18.7 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read all user records. SysUserController accepts dataset ID 0 at /api/user/userGrid/0 because DePermissionAnnotationHandler appends a level-3 dataset with that identifier before checking allowed IDs. Any ordinary account can retrieve usernames, email addresses, phone numbers, and MD5 password hashes for every user.
