Ledger manipulation via replayed Ethereum bridge events

Improper input validation in Vega Protocol's Vega before 0.71.6 allows remote authenticated users to replay Ethereum bridge events. On-chain verification compares block number and log index but omits the Ethereum transaction hash, while replay protection trusts the mutable ChainEvent txId. A validator key is required; a replayed deposit can mint unbacked account credit, and other event types can alter voting power or block withdrawals.
