CVE-2023-35150Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Remote code execution via unescaped document references

Published Jun 23, 2023 · Updated Nov 29, 2024

Eval injection in XWiki Platform before 14.4.8, 14.10.4, and 15.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute code via crafted URLs. The InvitationGuestActions sheet renders an attacker-controlled document reference without escaping, letting injected async and Groovy macros run with programming rights. Any account with view rights on any document can reach the flaw, exposing the server and its accessible data to arbitrary code execution.
