Credential theft via unchecked form validation endpoints

Missing authorization in Digital.ai App Management Publisher Plugin 2.6 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to capture Jenkins credentials. Several form-validation HTTP methods accept an attacker-controlled service URL and credential ID without checking the caller's permission, then connect to that URL with the selected stored credential. Overall/Read permission and a credential ID obtained separately are required; the outbound connection discloses the stored credential to the attacker-controlled server.
